MOOSEHEAD LAKE'S MOST HISTORIC INN

Moosehead Lake's prominent inn on a serene five acre lumber baron's estate offering a wide variety of accommodations including luxury & family suites, private cottages & mansion rooms.
The 1890 mansion is the area's only inn listed on National Register of Historic Places. This landmark inn boasts of hand-tooled quarter-sawn oak & African mahogany, original light fixtures (some half gas & electric) and a massive original hand-painted leaded glass window which still graces the main staircase.
The inn is located just one block from downtown Greenville shops & restaurants and Moosehead Lake, which provides lodging guests spectacular views & sunsets.
Moosehead Lake is 40 miles long and is a four-season destination with a multitude of activities for all levels of interest & expertise. We have something for everyone!
Some of the area's activities offered include: moose safaris, hiking, whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking, sea plane rides, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, skiing (Nordic & x-country), and ice fishing. The Greenville Inn offers a wide variety of private tours and packages.
A sumptuous full breakfast is included each morning at a private table.
