Captain Grant’s 1754 – Connecticut Gay Friendly B&B

Captain Grant's 1754 - Connecticut Gay Friendly B&B

A 1754 National Historic Inn
and Connecticut Gay Friendly B&B

Captain Grant’s is a haunted Connecticut gay friendly B&B on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1754 and is fully restored to accommodate the modern traveler. We are centrally located to the area’s main attractions. We are between Foxwoods and the Mohegan Sun Casino. Mystic is a 15 minute drive through the gorgeous country side.

The Inn sits on four acres of lawn and is perfect for a wedding or special occasion. On the grounds is a large fire pit that is meant for guests to use. We contribute the wood and a fire starter. All rooms have a full private bath. Each room has a carafe of sherry. Wine, beer, soda, cake and cookies are complimentary offered in the dining room. A full country breakfast is served each morning.

The Inn has been featured on several TV shows. The latest was a series on Netflix called “28 Days Haunted”. We have also been on the BBC, Travel Channel, HGTV, and A&E. We have over 1000 repeat guests who return again and again. We call them our Captain Grant’s family. Please see us on Trip Advisor.
