At The Pause Bed & Breakfast, we focus on a few important details, such as, cleanliness; luxurious bedding, towels, toiletries, robes, etc. Next our focus is on making your transition here easy and organized as we'll do your grocery shopping and have your suite stocked with your favorites/necessities; We'll modify the breakfast menu to your individual needs; We're happy to make your party dinner reservations for the evening; We'll watch your pets while you're out; We offer a lovely turndown service, which includes a nightcap, if you choose;..... ~If you'd like us to do your shopping and have your room stocked with your choice favorites and necessities, please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
~Do you need us to make you dinner reservations? We've got you.
~Our "Turn Down Service" includes you returning to your room after a day out to a dimly lit room with ambient music playing low, candles on, drapes pulled and a touch of lavender in the air. We remove the extra pillows, fluff your sleeping pillows and pull the blankets back. Your robe and slippers will be waiting. We'll have a cup of night time tea ready for you to add the hot water and honey. We'll lay out an eye mask, just in case you need it.
~Remember?... We're pet-friendly. While you're out and about, we meticulously follow any directives you give us regarding your "furry loved one(s)". We walk your dog every few hours and share a pic here and there. You can go about your day/evening and know your pets are in good hands.
~An exquisite breakfast is included on the weekends. You can enjoy the most important meal of the day in your suite/studio, in the dining room or on the patio. You can purchase breakfast through the week for $15/person.
~I offer a plethora of spa choices from my 20+ year old massage business (Roots & Branches Massage) that you can take full advantage of. Feel free to peruse my website and see what services resonate with you. We'll book your session(s) via text.
~Sunset Cruise! Yes... We'll host you and your party on our pontoon boat on Raystown Lake. Enjoy a beautiful float three, or so, hours before the sun slips off to sleep. We provide a charcuterie board and wine/champagne.
~Picnic on the Lake! Enjoy a leisurely late-morning/afternoon float on the lake. Get some sun, fish, swim.... We provide a picnic lunch for you to enjoy.
~S'Mores & Stars: We arrange rocking chairs with blankets around the fire ring. We get the fire ready and set out all the fixings for s'mores. The stars are up to Mama Nature.
~Kayaking! We have two kayaks and a canoe that you can rent. We shuttle you to and from your little adventure and everything you need is provided, such as life vests, first aid kits, paddles, wet bags!.....
~We offer two different romance packages that are perfect for proposals, milestones or just a lovely surprise.
~Girls'/Boys' Getaway! This is a package that you can make all yours! We're here to help you create an experience you'll never forget with options like boudoir shoots, and so much more.
