Sitting on three-and-a-half wooded acres, the Pinehurst Inn offers a quiet, peaceful environment from which to enjoy all that the North Woods of Wisconsin and the Bayfield area have to offer. Come take in the majestic Lake and Apostle Islands and enjoy the area's magnificent natural beauty by land or lake.

We're open all four seasons - come experience winter, spring, summer or fall in the North Woods.

In summer and fall, take a boat tour or ferry ride, or kayak the Apostle Islands' sea caves - there are so many things to do on Lake Superior.

Winter is time for snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, local downhill skiing and tubing, and many other snow sports. And if it gets cold enough you can experience the awe-inspiring ice caves and the ice road to Madeline Island.

You can also enjoy the many beautiful local trails and waterfalls year-round.

Our rooms are available in both the main house, built in 1885 and full of historic charm, and the garden house, built in 2003 with modern eco-friendly features.

Each of our guest rooms is unique - find the one that is perfect for you. We have rooms with whirlpool tubs, fireplaces and decks, and each room has either a king- or queen-sized bed.

We serve our guests a big three course breakfast every morning to prepare you for your day of adventure. Soft drinks and a Kuerig machine for coffee, tea and hot chocolate are also available in the common area of both houses for your enjoyment all day long.
