After having run a gay Thailand guesthouse 1998-2011 in the heart of the gay Paradise Complex in Patong, Ulf and Nisit (Boy) decided to relocate to a more quiet and secluded area. In February 2012 they opened a small gay homestay in Kathu just a few kilometres from Patong. Phuket Gay Homestay is in a small village at the edge of the green lush hills between Patong and Kathu.
Our gay Phuket B&B offers a clothing optional swimming pool, steam sauna and a small sala by a fish pond where breakfast is served. Breakfast is included, and begins at 8 AM but don't worry, you will never be too late for breakfast, even if you wake up late.
Our homestay offers of five air-conditioned bedrooms, four with ensuite bathrooms and hot shower.
To get around to any of the 40 beaches on Phuket Island, you can rent a bike or motorbike (if you have a driving licence) or you can take the local bus or use the app Grab Taxi. Just a short walk from Phuket Gay Homestay, you'll find several local food stalls and Thong Dee Restaurant, one of the most popular restaurants on Phuket according to Tripadvisor.
Guests at Phuket Gay Homestay have given many rave reviews on Google and Tripadvisor. Hotels Combined gave us a 10 out of 10.
Our gay Phuket homestay is really relaxing if you just want to chill out, but still close to Patong if you want a night out at the clubs.
We offer a high-speed Internet connection and on-site WiFi throughout the property if you need to get online. Once a week in high season, there's a gay gathering for tourist, expats and locals with food and drink. It's one of the most popular gay-mens' events in Phuket since it started in 2011 - a party where you can meet offline in the real world.
Looking for a great gay place to stay in gay Thailand? Come stay with us at the Phuket Gay Homestay, and relax in comfort.
