Welcome to John’s Gate Gourmet B&B. Our Niagara bed and breakfast is located in the historic town of Niagara on the Lake – stay with us and enjoy a quiet break, away from the city and your daily routine.

Our Niagara-on-the-Lake B&B is custom-built in a pre-Victorian style, and is an easy walk from Queen Street shopping, local restaurants, Shaw Festival theaters and several wineries.

Spend an evening at the world famous Shaw Festival, where plays written by George Bernard Shaw, the Irish playwright, and his contemporaries like Oscar Wilde, are put on every day. The world famous Shaw Festival is held at two local theaters – The Royal George Theatre and the Court House Theatre.

Like spending time in the outdoors? The Niagara Parkway has a great bike path where tourists can roller-blade all the way to Niagara Falls. Ask us for bicycle maps to visit the wineries, or for the Niagara Region as a whole.

There’s horse-back riding, jet boating, helicopter rides and walking trails to enjoy. From May through October, you can pick your own apples, peaches, strawberries, pears and cherries directly from our local Niagara Region farms.

John’s Gate Gourmet B&B is completely private with a private entrance for guests, private living/dining room with all the amenities. A full three/four course gourmet breakfast is served everyday.
