Aeirie Beach Club is at 425 Commercial Street in the heart of Provincetown. We provide luxurious oceanfront apartment rentals – private, fully equipped accommodations that include private balconies with panoramic beach and Cape Cod Bay views.
Aerie Beach Club has four accommodations available – a provate cottage and three apartments, one per floor, in our main building. The property also includes a beautiful lawn with gardens that opens onto our own private harbor beach.
Each of our Provincetown vacation rental apartments has a complete kitchen, direct dial phone and voice mail, wireless internet access, a DVD player, 2 televisions, CD player and BBQ grill.
Apartment One (the cottage) is air conditioned. Apartments 2, 3 and 4 in our main building have floor fans.
We have an on-site laundry room for guest use, and guests can use the Aerie Guest House facilities next door – a DVD library, bikes to ride, our hot tub and our large continental breakfast.
There’s one parking space for each apartment, and we greet you with complimentary champagne when you arrive. Each guest room has linens and towels, but we do not provide daily housekeeping service. Check-in and out is at the Aerie Beach Guesthouse office around the corner. Aerie Beach Club apartments are nonsmoking, but smoking is allowed on the outdoor decks.

The Brewster Inn is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a former Maine Governer and Government Senators family home. If you ever saw the the 3 x”Golden Globe” and 5 x Oscar award winning film “The Aviator” starrring Leonardo De Caprio as Howard Hughes then you will of seen Alan Alda from MASH playing the Senator that was in charge of the Government task force that tried to bring Howard Hughes down. In that film Alan Alda played Senator and also Governor Owen Brewster and its his home we have so it’s pretty historic.
Our home was shown on TV across the USA on HGTV in June 2008 on “If Walls Could Talk” and has been replayed numerous times since then.
Presidents Truman and Taft, 7 Senators that we’re aware of and Louis B Mayer founder of MGM Films have all been and stayed here. The house was remodeled in 1934 by Maine and quite possibly New Englands most famous architect John Calvin Stevens.
Our 9 guest rooms range from expansive to cozy, and each offers a distinct personality. Some feature King size beds, fireplaces, original wood panelling, window seats and original tile bathrooms. Others offer a view of the gardens or a whirlpool bath for two. One handicapped accessible guestroom is also available. All guest rooms have their own bathrooms, cable HD & 26 or 32″ LCDTV, AC in season and their own independent heating controls, wi-fi, IPod/IPhone docking stations, luxury bathrobes and towels as well as in-room DVD players with movies all available for you to enjoy. We also encourage you to take advantage of our large living room, expansive gardens, screen porch and patio for relaxation, reading, conversation or just watching the world go by. The dining room is a great space for writing or playing board games.

The Castillo Inn is a five minute walk from the heart of San Francisco’s gay area, The Castro, at Market and Castro Streets, and just two blocks to major city transportation.
Our guest rooms share a bathroom. Three of our rooms have queen beds, and the fourth has a double bed. Our rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable.

Arbor House Inn and Suites was opened in October 1995, but the history of the buildings which now comprise the unique 8 suite bed and breakfast, began in 1903, when a Swiss cabinet maker built these cottage homes for himself and his family.
During recent renovations the houses were awarded the San Antonio Conservation Society Plaque, awarded for excellence in historic renovations.
The 4 buildings are clustered around a lush garden with beautiful fountain, outdoor seating & umbrella tables, in downtown San Antonio. Arbor House is centrally located one block from historic La Villita, and the River Walk, and two blocks from the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center. Other attractions such as the Alamo are 3 blocks away.
Guest Suites have been individually decorated with furnishings and art work collected from a myriad of sources – functional, interesting and fun. You will never stay in any hotel as unique, intimate or convenient. Originally called the George Champlin Mason House, Newport’s Architect’s Inn was originally constructed in 1873 as the private home of George C. Mason. Mason was a famous Newport mansion architect, and his beautiful twenty-two room Victorian mansion is located just off Bellevue Avenue in an area known as “Top of the Hill”. It is located directly in the center in Newport, making it a convienent walk to all the attractions and beaches.
This fabulous Swiss Chalet Stick Style Victorian is 99% furnished with period antiques, and each room is well appointed in a different style. All rooms have king or queen beds with a couple of rooms with two beds. The bathrooms vary with some with whirlpool soaking tubs or two person showers. (Shower bidet is available in some rooms.) Second floor rooms have real working fireplaces and canopy beds. Third floor rooms have electric fireplaces and are more economically priced for those on a budget. All rooms have TV, VCR or DVD, Air conditioning, space heaters, free local calls, WiFi, Movie Library, Restaurant Library, shampoo, lotion and conditioner from Gilchrist & Soames.
We serve a large gourmet breakfast on our verandah overlooking our gardens in the summertime, and inside by the cozy fireplace in the winter. We use completely organic food in the summertime, and if you have any special dietary needs, just let us know – we can accommodate most requests with advance notice.
Architect’s Inn has free off-street parking which is hard to find in Newport. We’re a close 3-block walk to everything – walk to the beach, great shopping, fine dining, the waterfront, museums and more.
We also offer special packages, which can include champagne, wine, in-room massages, homemade chocolate, mansion tickets and more. If you want to provide a little surprise for your loved one in your room, we can provide wine or champagne, roses, chocolates, massages, and much more upon request, for an additional fee.
We also provide complimentary concierge services, beach chairs and towels, and afternoon refreshments for our guests. Coming soon is a full high tea in the afternoon. We also own the Inn Bliss too if you are struggling to find availability.
We are the only gay owned, operated and owner occupied Inns in Rhode Island. There may be other Inns in Newport, but no one takes care of the GLBT community like the Architect’s Inn. Please support the community.
