I live in Thailand and have been to Phuket several times and each time I am revolted. The area has been scourged by tourists, there is trash everywhere and the local have developed extortion to an art form. The taxi thugs have taken over the island. In short, Puket is a shit hole. You are not doing the gay community/traveler any favors by touting this wretched place. Five handsome men in speedos on the beach is not Phuket. You would be providing a better service by warning people not to go there. I totally disagree with your puff piece on the place. Be brave and print the truth.
