Six Sexy Gay Events for 2015

Author: , January 1st, 2015

antwerp_leatherpride-728x1024You may be staring at your diary for 2015 and looking for a bit of inspiration. Which countries around the world haven’t you been to? Which cities haven’t you ticked off yet? Which parties are attracting your attention?

Here at Gay Star Travel we love all sorts of holidays and all sorts of travel adventures. What’s clear is that different holidays suit different people, and also that you need to ensure a bit of variety when planning your travels for the year. Beach resort holidays are lovely, but if that’s the only type of holiday that you do it could start to feel a bit repetitive. City breaks are fun, but low-cost flights and airport delays eventually start to take their toll. You need to mix it up a bit, give yourself some variety in how you experience the world.

Whatever your schedule for 2015, you are probably going to want to throw at least one amazing gay party in there. The kind of trip where you get to show off all of your hard work in the gym, or test out the new leather harness that you’ve invested in. The kind of parties where things get a bit sexy and a lot of fun.

Let’s take a look at some of events around the world that we’re warming up for in the year ahead…

Hard On: Antwerp – 15th February 2015

London’s leading fetish night Hard On heads to Antwerp to host the official closing party for Antwerp Leather Pride. This is going to be a big event – with over 3,000 fetish-lovers descending on Antwerp for the weekend, the closing party is going to be busy. If you’ve never been to Antwerp you’ll be surprised at what a beautiful and liveable city this is – definitely worth exploring. A strict dress code will be enforced for the closing party so start buffing your leather now.

Xposed! Las Vegas

The first-ever Saturday LGBTQ beach party at a resort on the Vegas Strip, Xposed!, celebrates its grand opening Saturday, March 29, at The New Tropicana resort in Las Vegas. Xposed! will welcome a rowdy lineup of all the hottest DJs throughout the summer, kicking off the season with DJ Ryan Kenney and DJ Kidd Madonny, to create a sizzling Las Vegas beach party that will revolutionize the LGBTQ day club experience.

For more information on Xposed!, visit Like Xposed! on Facebook and follow on Twitter and Instagram @XposedLV.

Xposed! will be hosted at the all-new Tropicana Beach Club from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. every Saturday beginning March 29. The event is produced in association with LA-based event producer Paul Nicholls, who runs a multitude of successful weekly events including the popular Stripper Circus franchise with weekly parties in LA, Vegas and San Diego, and is also a partner in the biggest gay dance festival of the summer, Matinee Las Vegas Festival.

Partiers attending Xposed! throughout the season will enjoy festivities such as sun-kissed go-go dancers, live entertainment and DJs such as DJ Roland Belmares and DJ Hector Fonseca spinning all the latest hits while surrounded by the breathtaking waterfalls, palm trees, and luxury daybeds and cabanas of the beach club. This tropical oasis also has the unique ability to provide two experiences at one event with two distinct pools–a party pool for the boisterous and a chill pool for those seeking serenity.

General admission is $20 per person; however, Trop Plus Players Club members receive complimentary admission from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Las Vegas locals with a Trop Plus card also receive complimentary entry from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and $10 entry after 1 p.m. Revelers looking to enhance the occasion can do so by reserving a plush daybed or luxury cabana, which are available starting at a food-and-beverage minimum of $200 and $400 respectively.
