Ciao and welcome to Castellammare in our two story villa set on 3000 sq mt of private secluded property located on the Western Coast of Sicily.
This charming place can accommodate up to 14 people, having 7 air conditioned bedrooms with either sea or mountain view. Terraces and balconies give the guests the opportunity to enjoy and savor the breathtaking view or the Mediterranean Sea. 4 bathrooms, 2 outside showers, a well equipped barbeque area, gives the perfect setting for family get together or for special gatherings and celebration. Gated area offers secure and plenty of parking for cars, vans or motorcycles.
The villa is only 23 miles from either Palermo (Pmo) or Trapani (Birgi) Airports and within a short ride (30/50 minutes) from archeological sites as Segesta, Selinunte, Motzia, as well as Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani, Palermo , Monreale, Cefalu’ and many other interesting places. The villa is at a walking distance of the town beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, coffee shops.
The town itself offers many convenient activities as bike or motorcycles rentals, boat with or without skipper, diving, snorkeling. Guests can choose to swim in the close sandy beach (spiaggia plaja) or pebbles (Guidaloca) or rocky (Scopello). Hiking in the Natural Reserve of Lo Zingaro is an unique experience and no one should miss it as well as exploring Mt. Inici!
Orientation tour, special requests as visits to a cheese making farm, local wineries, hearthy home made meals, guided sightseeing tours, shopping and visits to the local markets, are all added features that you host will gladly arrange for you. Not to mention special treats as pick your own delicious mouthwatering figs in the villa’s garden or take a short ride to the owners farm to pick your own grapes!
