Pearson's Orange County B&B

Periodically we’ll feature one of our properties here to let our readers know about some great gay friendly places to stay.

Welcome to my home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac about eight miles north of Disneyland and 12 miles from Huntington Beach (“Surf City USA”), my home is immaculate and beautifully landscaped. The Arts & Crafts-style decor includes original art by Erte, R. C. Gorman, and many of my own photographs taken in Yosemite National Park, Canada, New England, and Scotland. Speaking of Scotland, the primary sleeping room (there are two) is Scottish themed and the downstairs hospitality room is decorated in the style of an Edinburgh pub.

The event, which is a social event for members of the LGBT community and friends to come together and celebrate at Disneyland, will attract over 30,000 to the park and surrounding areas for three days of parties, performances and other special events – on top of spending time exploring the Disneyland Resort.

Since the weekend is considered a “mix-in” event — meaning that the park is open to the general public during Gay Days — it is tradition for attendees to wear red shirts while visiting to identify each other and make a strong showing of support for the LGBT community.
