The Christian guesthouse owners who banned a gay couple from sleeping in a double room has lost their Supreme Court appeal. Hazelmary and Peter Bull refused to let civil partners Steven Preddy and Martyn Hall stay at Chymorvah House in Marazion in Cornwall, England in 2008.

The British couple, who regard any sex outside marriage as a ‘sin’, have already lost their fight in the Court of Appeal.

Five Supreme Court judges unanimously ruled against the guesthouse owners, saying the Bulls had discriminated against the gay couple.
