Toronto — One day is simply not enough time to celebrate Halloween in Toronto. Celebrating its 5th year, Halloweek is held in the heart of the city’s gay neighborhood, Church Wellesley Village. Area restaurants offers special Halloween-themed menus, businesses dress up their windows (interiors and exteriors with eye catching Halloween displays), pumpkins are carved and there is one hell of a block party.
