New Gay Hotel “The Out” Planned for New York City

New York developer is planning to open what it’s calling New York City’s first gay hotel, THE OUT NYC. Now obviously there have been other hotels in the city that could fairly be referred to as “gay hotels,” so what makes this one different?

“What makes THE OUT NYC a gay hotel is the comfort level and tailored amenities for the community,” said Ian Reisner, managing partner Parkview Developers, the company behind the project.

Plans call for the complex, situated on 42nd Street between 10th and 11th avenues, to include a 105-room boutique hotel,11,000 square foot XL NIGHTCLUB, and a cafe and restaurant called KITCHEN.

my partner & I will be traveling late Sept. She will need handy-capped or at least easy access to facilities, dinning, beaches ect. We’ll be traveling from Ky. to New Hampshire via the east coast route. We have not set a trip tick yet, we sorta want to go by the seat of our pants, We have traveled alot like that, it makes it more fun. We are hopping for some nice easy accomidations as we have been through grooling cancer treatments for the past 3 months.We are farmliar with all the wonderful purple roofs accomidation however are really sure how to find them on our travels. I’ll go to wheretostay@purpleroofs howeverb some suggestions from propritors or past guest would be appriciated
